As some of you know for me working on international development is a passion. I will be volunteering in an international development program in Bolivia as a Project manager officer, for a year. I wil work with Agrecol-Andes foundation (http://web.agrecolandes.org) putting in place a strategy of project management, monitoring and evaluation.

I believe in and stand behind crossroads work pushing for equal rights for women and girls and putting and end to poverty. I am confident that I will be able to make a difference, and that my hard work will have a true and lasting impact. Reason why, it is important for me to contribute to Crossroads mission by way of fundraising.
